Welcome to MyPositiveSingles! We are thrilled to give you a warm welcome to this space if you’re honest, kind, and respectful. If you are not, you’ll find no one to talk to here, and you may get banned.

These guidelines not only help you understand how to act within the community but also help you understand what to expect from others in this space.

If you violate any of the policies, including your inappropriate offline behaviors, you may be banned from MyPositiveSingles. Besides, we encourage you to report any acts that violate our policies and read our safety tips.

Private information

Do not share any of your private information or anyone else’s with other people. This includes your password, credit card information, phone number, home/ work addresses, etc.

Harassment

When someone indicates clearly that he/she wants to be left alone, please stop bothering the person with endless messages, pornographic content, or misused reports. Those behaviors lead you nowhere but to get banned only.

Sexual content or nudity

No nudity or sexually explicit content is allowed in your public profile. We hope everyone can be elegant to make our community as pure as possible.

Minors

You must be at least 18 to use this app. What’s more, we don’t allow any images of any unaccompanied minors. If you want to post a photo of your child, you must be in that photo too and the child must be fully clothed. If you see any user or content that includes unaccompanied minors or sexually depicts minors, please report them immediately.

Follow the laws

What is illegal in the real world is illegal on MyPositiveSingles, too. Any behavior that violates the laws will cause your account to be banned and when appropriate, reported to the relevant authorities.

Promotion and solicitation

It’ll be great if you invite someone to your events on MyPositiveSingles and he/she agrees. But we don’t wish to see the purpose of your account is solely for promoting your events, businesses, campaigns, or conducting surveys. We will ban you for sure if you do that.

Be yourself

Being yourself is not only about doing what you like but also to be authentic, in other words, not impersonating any individuals or entities.

Spams and scams

MyPositiveSingles will never charge users extra fees for any purpose. Thus, we have zero tolerance for spams and scams that try to defraud money, obtain people’s private information for fraudulent intents, or lure people to click suspicious links.

Hate and violence

MyPositiveSingles prohibits any kind of hate and violence. We’ll ban accounts that depict violence or threaten other users. We’ll also remove any content that includes extreme violence, gore, obscenities, and offensive behaviors. Besides, it is heartbroken to see self harm and suicide. If you see anyone is in danger, please let us know immediately.
